Courage Wisdom Change is a unique service offering support to individuals and families in regional and rural Australia. Through Courage Wisdom Change families are able to access individualised supports tailored to the clients specific needs.

Fiona has worked extensively with young people and adults from diverse backgrounds, including complex trauma, Autism/Neurodivergence, Intellectual disabilities and/or additional needs, and the complexities of Out of Home Care.

 

Through both personal and professional experiences, Fiona has seen the critical need to provide a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive space to help clients identify strength-based goals, develop an awareness of themselves and raise their understanding of personal interactions with others, while developing their own understanding of emotional fitness and what that looks like.

Fiona's (aka: my)  passion is that every person is equipped with the skills to find not only their true self but their unique voice as well.
